Australia Black Angus is a black cow, a native breed that is popular for fattening grains (Grain Fed). The U.S.D.A Institute has rated Black Angus beef (Angus) as It is of higher quality than normal Angus beef. The highlight is that the cows are already quite large in structure, making this breed of cows popular for fattening with grains. This causes a clear pattern of fat inserted into the meat.
The Picanha meat is the most popular part that is grilled. With high heat, let the outside of the meat be slightly charred. The inside still retains the juiciness of the picanha meat. This part of the meat has a strong aroma and flavor. Season with just salt. and a little black pepper
