Method
- Boil noodles in hot water for 2-3 minutes, do not boil until the noodles are messy. We have to bring the noodles to stir again.
- After the noodles are cooked, soak the noodles in cold water immediately to make it more chewy.
- Bring the noodles to stir-fry.
