Hakata Wagyu is an authentic wagyu from Fukuoka city. It is a Japanese black cow breed. There is the highest rate of fat insertion, carefully feed with fine grains and beer. This gives the unique flavor of Hakata Wagyu. The meat is so soft and tender that it practically melts in your mouth.
Tenderloin is a popular part of the steak. It is one of the top three parts of beef. The meat can also be grilled for Yakiniku-style or cut into slices for Shabu-style.
