Thai Wagyu is a new breed of cow that was created by interbreeding artificial Thai Beef with Japanese Wagyu. It has unique flavor and fragrant when grilled.

The Chuck Roll part can also be grilled for Yakiniku-style, cut into slices for Shabu-style, or adapted to make steak.
